A second life for objects, a second chance for people

Emmaüs has historically been into recycling, recovery and the resale of objects.

In a need to modernise the movement, several options were discussed. While staying true to its original promise, what if Emmaüs launched an e-commerce platform ?

Now a reality, it has a name, a logo and a signature

The website, designed by bearideas and our friends at Studio GD, is in responsive design, to allow for usage on desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.



A complementary team

brought together for a good cause

The platform was developed by Ecedi, relying on the Izberg marketplace solutions and the Magento e-commerce CMS.

A united media campaign

To promote the website launching, bearideas designed a joyful and off the wall campaign, the reflection of Label Emmaüs.

Disposing of a small budget but a lot of motivation, the agency relied on talented and engaged volunteers (actors, make-up artist, photographers etc.) to shoot 4 universes corresponding to 4 key categories. True to the Emmaüs recup’ spirit, the whole scenery came from Neuilly-Plaisance community.

The result: a poster campaign, a bit nutty, printed and broadcasted online deployed in Paris. Thanks to the support of major advertising agencies and the Ecrans & Médias agency.
