The agency supported Up in the redesign of its main communication tool for the cooperative’s employee members. In a context of transformation, it was important to re-mobilize the internal and affirm the validity of Up’s economic and political model :

- An inclusive writing for a group that has always defended gender parity.
- A square format that recalls one of Up’s strong identity markers.
